We just finished our dinner here on our first night in Paris. The food was delicious — perfectly seasoned, not too salty, and you could really taste the quality. The service was amazing too! We told the sweet young guy who looked after us that his service was excellent, and he mentioned it was actually his first day working front of house after being in the kitchen. I was like, wow, you did such a great job! If you see this review, please pass it on to him, he’s truly amazing!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in years. The onion soup is a must!! Our main dishes were also delicious (sausage and mash, flank steak and chips), the cocktails 10/10 and their famous dessert… let’s just say there’s a reason for it to be famous! The waiter was lovely and he made our experience even better. I hope it is all maintained so we can come back. A big thank you to the staff for being so great on the first day of the year!

An excellent experience! I went here 30' before closing time for dinner so there was no line. The restaurant had a unique vibe, easy going while stylist at the same time. The service was very friendly as well. The food was delicious, especially the Catch of the Day, the fish was fresh and well-cooked. Highly recommend this place!

the food was very tasty and served with the best care at a pleasant pace. Provided I made an incorrect reservation, we were able to join without any problems. I recommend taking several courses from the menu to enjoy their different qualities

【Quick Summary】The perfect spot for an exceptional steak in a lively atmosphere! This brasserie offers great traditional French cuisine and a welcoming attitude, even without a reservation. 【Purpose of Visit】Ideal for a casual Sunday night out or whenever you want to soak up the vibrant energy of Paris. Experience (Food & Dishes) * Steak with Maître d'Hôtel Butter: **The steak here was truly outstanding.** The meat quality was very tender, and the **medium-rare preparation was absolutely perfect**, with flavors that burst with every bite. Paired with the accompanying **Maître d'Hôtel butter** (parsley butter), the flavor was so delicious it still makes my mouth water just thinking about it. * Onion Gratin Soup: The soup was characterized by a rich savoriness and depth, due to the intensely concentrated onions. It had a **fragrant, subtle bitterness** that went beyond mere sweetness—a unique and very flavorful profile that was highly enjoyable. * Escargots: The escargots were the shell-less type and had a soft texture. Personally, I prefer a firmer, "shellfish-like" texture, so that was slightly disappointing, but the flavor of the sauce was good. Environment (Atmosphere & Service) When we visited just after 8 PM on a Sunday, the restaurant was full. However, the staff were kind enough to let us wait outside at a small table for about 10 minutes. We were then directed to the counter seating until a table opened up, which made the wait stress-free. The dining room has a lot of energy and a fun, bustling atmosphere. Final Thoughts While the texture of the escargots might be a matter of personal preference, **the quality of the steak is arguably among the best in Paris.** The service was smooth, allowing us to fully enjoy the charm of a busy Parisian brasserie.

Classic bistro, everything overall was very good. The onion soup was INCREDIBLE. The flank steak was perfectly done, the desserts were nice. When we arrived the place was packed but we received great service, after a while when the place got less crowded the staff got less concentrated and we had to wait a bit to get their attention. Overall great place.

Amazing experience from start to finish, from the moment we were greeted at the door and brought inside and shown to our table, to the immediate waiter service with water. Started off with a french onion soup, which is one the best, if not the best french onion soup ive ever had, and thats saying a lot, considering its my favorite soup and ive had many many different variations. For the main we had the chicken for two, which again, was delightful.
